So, I took the bold step of resigning from my job, and launched this practice. The goal was to provide myself with a safe space to show up daily and give my all to each of my clients, while giving myself the much needed break my body and mind needed. I never anticipated the practice would evolve into what it has today nor be given the opportunity to help fill in the gaps with care that women so deeply deserve.
Due to this, I began to see my larger purpose beyond motherhood, marriage, myself and embraced my “why” of empowering women to heal and create a life they love. I am deeply passionate about what I do, because I can relate. I’m here to tell you, you’re not alone and you can find peace and balance in your journey through life and motherhood. I would love to help you in your journey towards taking reign over your life.
I knew something had to change.
As a professional woman, mother and wife of a first responder, I can relate to the unique challenges, problematic relationships, burnout and instability life can bring.
Before founding Reign Counseling Services, I was struggling with extreme burnout from my full-time job, all while enduring a 4 year battle with infertility. I’d been grappling with my emotions, anxiety, struggling with my physical health and overall just felt lost.
